My name's David Jalbert, I'm an indie game developer born in 1986 in Quebec, Canada. I've founded Melloland Games in the summer of 2009 and I've been making games under this name since then.
About me: I've been coding since 2000 when I inherited my uncle's Commodore 64 and it's grown into a passion since then. I've of course outgrown the Basic language a while ago though, and today you'll mostly see me code in Java, C# and Typescript. Also, I've always been deeply attracted to the video game culture and I've been longing to make games for a living. After my graduation in Information Technology, I've had a couple of menial tech jobs before deciding to try my luck at full-time independent game development. Even though it's hard at times, especially financially, I greatly enjoy what I'm doing. Follow your dreams, people!
